Treadmill Based Speed Training ( limited to 4 athletes per hour)

  • 6 Weeks (2x per week) – $250.00 per person
  • 10 Weeks (2x per week) – $400.00 per person

Ground Based Speed Training (Team Training – must have a group of 10 athletes)

  • 6 Weeks (2x per week)  $125.00 per person
  • 10 Weeks (2x per week) $250.00 per person

Group Fitness:

  • 1 training day per week – $40.00/month
  • 2 training days per week – $80.00/month
  • 3 training days per week – $100.00/month
  • 4 training days per week – $120.00/month
  • First month of training is $150.00 and includes the On Ramp Series
  • Testing out of On Ramp – $30.00

Personal Training :

  • 1 training day per week – $200.00/month
  • 2 training days per week – $400.00/month
  • 3 training days per week – $500.00/month
  • 4 training days per week – $600.00/month


Group Fitness Schedule

M/W/F: 6 a.m., 9 a.m.

T/TH: Noon or 6 p.m.
