BxP (Box Crossover with a Push Up)

This video shows the Box Crossover with a  Push Up (BxP). Start off to the side of a box (12″ box used in this video) and perform a push up. After the push up, use the outside hand to crossover onto the box and then the inside hand to cross-under onto the box. To get off the, box cross-under with outside hand and then cross over with inside hand. Perform another push up and then repeat the sequence to the original side. This constitutes one rep. Start with 1 set of 5 (this means you will perform 2 push-ups per rep), and progress as you become stronger.

Partner Seated Russian Twist

This video shows the Partner-Seated Russian Twist (P-SRT). One partner is seated on the ground with feet off the floor and balanced with a tall torso. The other partner passes a medicine ball, usually 6 – 10 lbs for most people. The individual on the floor catches the ball and rotates their torso and touches the ball three times on the floor before passing it back. Start with 1 set of ten reps each side. Progress the number of reps and weight of the ball as you become stronger.
